Viewing process runs and results
- For getting an overview of process runs, go to Runs tab.
- For viewing an individual process run results
- In Runs tab, select the process. Its detail window displays with run results

- Run_c Name : the name automatically given to the results file. It can be rewritten afterwards
- Duplicate groups : the number of duplicate groups (each group having one “parent”)
- Duplicates found : total numbe of duplicates found
- Duplicates percent : percentage of duplicates found on the treated sample
- Error message : message of error if the treatment has not succeeded
- Generated by : automatically generated, it displays the name given to the sample run.
- Global bulk export time : resume the overall export time
- Global bulk import time : resume the overall import time
- Global bulk process time : resumes the overall processing time
- Global running time : the total of treatment time, sum of all import and export) stages
- Is Merge Dedup : (checked or unchecked) available at the creation of processes to authorize or not the merge of duplicates
- Records processed : give the total recordings processed for this run
- Run date : date of last run
- Total duplicate child : calculted as Total Duplicates Found -Number of parents found
- Total duplicate parent : calculated as Total Duplicates Found – Number of Childs found or
- In Processes Tab, select the process. Its detail screen displays with run results in Data Stewardship window.
Filtering process runs results view
Quality code filters on record Check process run results:
You can add Salesforce quality code filters following usual procedure in Sales Console > Recently Viewed tab
and/or
You can add DQE One quality code filters once the process is run:
- In Processes tab, select the run process to which you want to add a filter
- In selected process Data Stewardship window, click on filter icon
- (Process)Filters window displays
- Tick the filters you want to apply > Click on OK
- Back in Data Stewardship window, Process run results display with selected filter codes.
Note : you can view results per Salesforce filters in Sales Console only.
You can view results per DQE One filters in DQE One > Processes > Individual process Data Stewardship window only.
Parents/children filters on Deduplication process run results:
- In Processes tab, select the run process to which you want to add a filter
- In selected process Data Stewardship window, click on filter icon
- (Process)Filters window displays
- In Select Dup Kind, select Parent for filtering Parents only, or Children for filtering children only, or Parents and Children for viewing both.
- In Minimum Threshold for Auto Merge, move cursor to your chosen value
- Click on OK
Editing run result view fields
- In Processes Tab, select the process run for which you want to edit view fields
- In selected process screen, In Data Stewardship window, click on process run name above results
Generating custom process run reports
- Go to Processes tab > Select the process run of your choice > Click on its name
- In Data Stewardship window, click on
icon to generate custom report
A new tab named after the process displays in DQE One interface, where you can view, refresh and edit custom report.
Note: you can setup Home tab to include your selection of DQE One process run reports.
