Creating an Override Button for New Leads/Accounts/Contacts
- Defining Buttons Links and Actions

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Buttons Links and Actions > Scroll down to the Label 'New' and select Edit from the drop down on the far right

- In Salesforce Classic Override : no action
- In Lightning Experience Override : select Lightning Component > dqeone:DQE_CREATE_RECORD
- In Mobile Override: select Lightning Component > dqeone:DQE_CREATE_RECORD
- Click on Save

Repeat this procedure on other objects if necessary.
- Defining Page Layouts

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Page Layouts > Go to the layout you want to customize
- At the top of the page select Mobile and Lightning Actions
- Activate the button you created (drag and drop it into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions, at the top of the list)
- Click on Save

Repeat this procedure on other object layouts if necessary.
- Activating the corresponding Lightning Page

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Lightning Record Pages > Go to the lightning page on which you want to activate DQE’s real time services
- Click on Edit
- At the top of the page click on Activation
- In Org Default > Assign as Org Default > Desktop and Phone > Click on Save
- Click Save (in the right corner of the page)

Repeat this procedure on other object lightning pages if necessary.
Creating an Edit with DQE Button for existing Leads/Accounts/Contacts
- Defining buttons Links and Actions

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Buttons Links and Actions > Click on New Action

- In Action Type select Lightning Component
- In Lightning Component select dqeone:DQE_Edit_Record
- In Height modify with 600px
- In Standard Label Type no action
- In Label : Edit With DQE and press Enter to automatically create the Name
- Click on Save

Repeat this procedure on other objects if necessary.
- Defining page Layouts

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Page Layouts, go to the layout you want to customize
- At the top of the page select Mobile and Lightning Actions

Creating an Update B2B Record Button for existing Accounts (France Only)
- Defining buttons Links and Actions

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Buttons Links and Actions, click on New Action
- In Action Type select Lightning Component
- In Lightning Component select dqeone:DQE_B2B_Record_Update
- In Height modify to 600px
- In Standard Label Type: no action required
- In Label, update B2B Record and tabulation to generate the Name
- Click on Save

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Page Layouts > Go to the layout you want to customize
- At the top of the page select Mobile and Lightning Actions
- Activate the button you created (drag and drop it into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions, at the top of the list)
- Click on Save

Setup DQE Record Detail custom component
- Activating the corresponding Lightning Page

- For each object go to Setup > Object Manager > Select the object of your choice
- In Lightning Record Pages > Go to the lightning page on which you want to activate DQE’s real time services
- Click on Edit
- At the top of the page click on Activation
- In Org Default > Assign as Org Default > Desktop and Phone > Save
- Activate the DQE custom Lightning Component (In Custom – Managed select DQE_Record_Details and drag and drop it on the Salesforce component Tab > Details and replace it with DQE’s component
- Click on Save (in the right corner of the page)
