The DQE One solution allows you to perform data quality processing.
- For Accounts :
- Postal normalization processing: Verify adresses
- Phone validation processing: Verify Phones
- Email validation processing (if present in your data model): Verify Emails
- Identification of duplicates: Deduplicate* (focus on "Unify : Duplicate process" and "Unify Rules")
- B2B processing (by reconciliation with the Insee database for enrichment purposes) : B2B
- For Contacts :
- Postal normalization processing: Verify adresses
- Phone validation processing: Verify Phones
- Email validation processing (if present in your data model): Verify Emails
- Identification of duplicates: Deduplicate* (focus on "Unify : Duplicate process" and "Unify Rules")
*NB : the rules activated by default are the standard DQE rules, customizing the rules will be described in article DQE Rules.
- Click on « New »
Name: Name your Process, example : Process_address_account_16032023.
Record Type: Select the object : Account or Contact.
Process kind: Select the process to execute : cf the list of processes available above.
Description: Optional : describe your process.
View: Select a previously created view, see point "Create List View".
- Setting and triggering:
"Auto Merge Addresses: You have the possibility of replacing the address data with those resulting from the DQE processing by setting this value to "Yes”.
Max Records Process (for each type): You can limit the number of records to process.
Trigger After finish: You can select a process already created which will be triggered following the process being created.
Run On Save: By setting this field to "Yes" the processing will be launched automatically during the backup.
- Selection of the data to be processed (here example for Verify Address processing):
You have the option of creating your own address fields.
NB : you can select multiple addresses to process. It is important to note that the volume of data to be processed will therefore be greater if the selected fields are filled in.
