After logging into the application, three (or four – see details below-) separate tabs will be displayed at the top of the web page:
By clicking on the icon representing three horizontal lines to the right of these tabs, three other sections are accessible (including "Logout"):
To summarize, you will have access to these different sections on your myDQE application:
1. Home Page (reporting) section
2. « Demo online » section
3. « Support » section
4. « DQE libraries » section
5. « Licenses »* section
6. « Services status » section
7. « Change password » section
8. « Logout » section
*The "Licenses" tab will not always be displayed. This tab will be displayed only if your license is linked to other licenses (for example, in the case of a Group with several brands).
You will find the details of each of these tabs in this guide.
Home page
Your Home page will be the default page displayed once you connect to the myDQE application. It displays the details of your DQE products usage.
Example below of a "Home Page" display (with indicative notes in blue on the capture):
- For a single license
o With DQE Email, DQE Address France and DQE Name products
- Over the period from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022
- With a time scale per day
Filter data
The purpose of your Home page is to allow you to have visibility on your DQE products usage.
You can then filter the displayed data according to two criteria:
► The period
► The products
By default, the period displayed will be from the day of your first usage to today. You can then modify it via the time filter at the top left of the web page:
► You can modify the start date and end date
► Two quick search buttons are also available to display the current month or year (you will have the detail in tooltip hovering your mouse over the button):
Note: To apply these filters, click on the magnifying glass on the right side of the screen. To reset, click on the cross:
By default, all the products you have subscribed to will be displayed. You can then filter
the display by unchecking some of the products in the list at the bottom of the usage chart:
Adjust display
After filtering usage with the desired period and products, other myDQE features will allow you to complete your customized display:
► You can adjust the abscissa axis of your usage graph via the drop-down list to the right of the period filter:
You can detail the abscissa by day, week or month
o Two "arrow" buttons on the right allow you to easily move to the next period
► If you use your license to call the DQE webservices in different countries, you can detail the display of usage by country. To do this, click the checkbox to the right of the time filters and click on the magnifying glass:
Export data
When your usage graph is filtered and adjusted to your liking, myDQE allows you to easily export it in Excel format.
To export the chart data, click on the "export" button at the top right of your screen:
An Excel file download (.xslx) is then automatically generated via your browser.
► Below is an example of a generated file:
Set up alerts
To be alerted on your usage of DQE products, a "Warnings" feature is available via your Home page.
To manage it, click on the button at the top right of the Home page:
► In case you do not yet have alert(s) set up:
o When clicking on the "Warnings" button, the following display is presented to you:
o Click on the "Add" button to create your first alert (see details below)
► In case you have alerts already configured:
o Display example:
o You can then click on one of these alerts to edit it, delete it (trash can icon) or create a new one.
Create an alert
See details below of the different fields proposed when creating a DQE usage alert:
Notes :
► If you want the alert to be sent to multiple emails or phone numbers: separate them via a comma separator "," or semicolon ";"
o Example in the "Send email to" field: "Email1@test.com; Email2@test.com"
► Caution: for alert messages ("Content of the email", "SMS message", "Subject of the mail"): keep the elements in square brackets as they correspond to variables:
o {used} : Number consumed
o {limit} : "Number to reach" defined
o {percent} : usage percentage (100% corresponding to the "Number to reach")
o {module} : product name
► To set the desired number of alerts, this will depend on the threshold calculation period defined (field « Period »):
o Calculation on the "Day": 1 alert every hour.
o Calculation on the "Current Month": 1 alert every day.
o Calculation on the "Contract Year": 1 alert every month.
Alert example and format of received messages (email and SMS):
► Use case: setting up an alert for the current month, if the number of calls to DQE Email webservices exceeds 1500:
► Received email format (default format):
► SMS format received (default format):
