I have cases where the "Operator" key is returned empty. Why is that?

There are several answers:

• the "Country" parameter entered (ISO-3 code) does not correspond to the territory in which the number was issued;
• the "Licence" parameter is absent or not entered;
• the information is not available from the operators;
• landline numbers are not available on this key.
