Creation Form - Removing Override
In this case, you must remove the override on the new button.

4. Go to the "Buttons, Links, and Actions" section

7. Then select "Use the Salesforce Classic override":
Here again, you need to run tests on the classic Salesforce creation form to check whether the anomaly can be reproduced.
If yes, then the problem is not with DQE.
If not, then you need to create a support ticket with DQE from the DQE helpcenter: as an account has already been opened with your email address. Otherwise, you can send a support ticket directly to support_dqe@dqe-software.com.
Modification form - DQE Record Detail
- Remove the component
The classic "Record Detail" offered by Salesforce needs to be reintroduced here. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to Salesforce Setup
2. Click on Object Manager
3. Go to the object in question (example: Account, PersonAccount, Leads,
Contacts)
4. Go to the "Lightning Record Page" section
5. Select the associated layout, and you'll be taken to the "Lightning App
Builder" page.
6. Click on the "DQE Record Detail" component and delete it:
7. Then "drag and drop" the Record Details from Salesforce onto the page:
8. Then save and exit this page.
- Test
Please re-test the anomaly on Record Details in Salesforce.
If yes, then the problem is not with DQE.

- Display Classic Salesforce Edit button
There's no need to remove the component here. The button has been added, so all you have to do is test the old form edit button.
DQE 'Edit' buttons are always called "Edit With DQE".
If the button has been removed, then follow these steps to redisplay the button:
1. Go to Salesforce Setup
2. Click on Object Manager
3. Go to the object in question (example: Account, PersonAccount, Leads, Contacts)
4. Go to the "Lightning Record Page" section
5. Select the associated layout, and you'll be taken to the "Lightning App Builder" page.
6. Click on the banner at the top where you'll find all the buttons:
7. On the right-hand side, a menu will open:
8. You can then simply "raise" the classic Edit button, or add it again and and move it so that it appears.
