The only two reasons why the DQE Edit Record or DQE Record Details form no longer opens, and a red banner appears at the top of the page are:
- either the Named Credential DataQ Tooling API is no longer authenticated;
- or the Org is new and not referenced within DQE through the ID 18 of the organization Id.
If the Org ID is not referenced by DQE, ask DQE support:
support_dqe@dqe-software.com to whitelist the organization id.
If the DataQ Tooling API named credential is not authenticated, simply edit and
save it.
