It is necessary to follow a few steps to investigate the cause of the problem.
First, you will need to open the Cegid Y2 Form using the device’s browser. If the error page is displayed, you will need to make a right-click, and click on “Properties” in the drop-down menu.
In the “Properties” panel, you will find a URL that needs to be copied/pasted onto the device’s internet browser. Then press ‘Enter’.
If the webpage loads normally in your device’s navigator, then you should contact CEGID to resolve the problem on the Y2 Form. If the problem persists on the webpage as well, then we invite you to contact our team at support_dqe@dqe-software.com.
