If the module does not work after a refresh or a sandbox creation, there are some actions to be done because the credential associated :
- Go to setup of DQE One :
- You have to uninstall at first
- Then launch the installation "Start Installation"
- Fill the license field
- Fill the backend URL (if you have batch processing)
- Select products associating to your contracts
- Normally, the installation will fail because of previous credentials. At the failed page, click on "Cancel"
- The installation process will uninstall previous credentials
- Launch again the installation "Start Installation"
- Fill the license field
- Fill the backend URL (if you have batch processing)
- Select products associating to your contracts
- The installation will work properly at the end of the process.
- If you have real-time module, please go to the named Credential, then edit the named credential "DQE One Tooling API", edit it then save it.
At the same time, please send a ticket to "support_dqe@dqe-software.com" with the organization id of the refresed sandbox or the new sandbox.
