If the module does not work after a refresh or sandbox creation, some actions are required because the associated credentials may no longer be valid.
- Go to the DQE One setup.
- First, uninstall the existing configuration.
- Launch the installation again by clicking Start Installation.
- Fill in the license field.
- Fill in the backend URL if you use batch processing.
- Select the products associated with your contract.
- The installation will normally fail because of previous credentials. On the failure page, click Cancel.
- The installation process will uninstall the previous credentials.
- Launch the installation again by clicking Start Installation.
- Fill in the license field.
- Fill in the backend URL if you use batch processing.
- Select the products associated with your contract.
- The installation should complete successfully at the end of the process.
- If you use the real-time module, go to Named Credentials, edit the DQE One Tooling API named credential, then save it.
At the same time, please send a ticket to support_dqe@dqe-software.com with the organization ID of the refreshed sandbox or the new sandbox.
