Salesforce - Setup after a refresh or sandbox creation

If the module does not work after a refresh or a sandbox creation, there are some actions to be done because the credential associated  : 

  1. Go to setup of DQE One
  2. You have to uninstall at first
  3. Then launch the installation "Start Installation"
    • Fill the license field
    • Fill the backend URL (if you have batch processing)
    • Select products associating to your contracts
  4. Normally, the installation will fail because of previous credentials. At the failed page, click on "Cancel"
    • The installation process will uninstall previous credentials
  5. Launch again the installation "Start Installation"
    • Fill the license field
    • Fill the backend URL (if you have batch processing)
    • Select products associating to your contracts
  6. The installation will work properly at the end of the process.
  7. If you have real-time module, please go to the named Credential, then edit the named credential "DQE One Tooling API", edit it then save it.

At the same time, please send a ticket to "support_dqe@dqe-software.com" with the organization id of the refresed sandbox or the new sandbox.
