Before installing the DQE One cartridge on your Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) instance, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

  1. DQE Account and License Code (API Key)

    • You must have a DQE account and a valid license code (API key). You can create your account and retrieve the API key from DQE's website.

  2. SFCC Instance with Configured Site(s)

    • Ensure that you have an active Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) instance configured with at least one site. The instance should be fully operational and ready for integration.

  3. SFCC Business Manager Administration Account

    • A business user administration account is required to access the SFCC Business Manager. This account is used to configure and manage the DQE integration settings within SFCC.
  4. SFCC DQE Cartridge Download: download the cartridge from the Salesforce AppExchange.
