๐Ÿ”น Is my data secure with DQE Standalone?

The DQE One Standalone app operates with a PostgreSQL database.
By default, it uses a local instance to store all application data, including input and output files from data quality processes.

All sensitive information, such as external credentials, is encrypted using a key either provided by the administrator or dynamically generated by the app.

When working with external data sources, the retrieved data is never stored. Only the output file may be temporarily saved, unless you've selected the option to automatically push the results back to the original source.

Some data quality processes run by the DQE One Standalone app may call external APIs hosted on DQE Software servers. Otherwise, data processing is handled locally.
