1. Form Model

CAPENCY partner form used to validate customer address email and phone data

When the form is complete, click the validation button to send the information back to Y2.

This button resets the entire form to its default values.

Reset button used to restore default values in the partner form

This button helps you see which information is sent and received.

Form labels are translated according to the Cegid user cultural profile (language). If no translation is available in RETAIL Y2, English is used as the default language.

When address, email, and phone information is entered in CAPENCY, the data is validated immediately. During this process, suggestions for possible values are displayed.

2. Field Settings

By default, all fields are displayed in the partner form in the same way as the customer fields in RETAIL Y2.

Examples

First Name and Last Name Fields

First name and dual first name / last name and dual last name:

Phone Number Fields
