1. Specifics menu option activation
To activate the Specifics option in RETAIL Y2 main menu, it’s mandatory to follow the steps below. This is required only once.
Then in Y2 main menu:
- Press <Alt> + <F11> simultaneously to open the Preference window
- In the Debug tab, activate the SAV vision option and then save
- In the Debug tab, activate the SAV vision option and then save
- Go to Administration -> Users and access -> Access right management
- In Menu field select Specifics (160) value
- Authorize one or all available groups
- Click the button
to reapply the chosen rights
- Press <Alt> + <F11> simultaneously to open the Preference window
- In the Debug tab, deactivate the SAV vision option and save
- Restart RETIAL Y2 application (very important to do so to apply above settings)
2. List of CUSTOMER DATA menus
The configuration of the connector is accessible from the following menus
- "BO \ Specifics \ Data quality connector \ Settings "
- "BO \ Specifics \ Stores-Connectors configuration \ Configuration"
Before version 1.1.18
From version 1.1.18 it is necessary to execute the following request:
DELETE FROM MENU WHERE ABS (MN_TAG)> = 900000

Since the version 1.4.27
- Created a new parameter ‘EndMark’ to enter a URL for the EndMark different from the current EndMark URL equal to " http: //localhost/end.html/? "
- As soon as you click on this parameter, it is automatically entered by the URL entered in the URL parameter for calling the WEB page and automatically completed by “end.html "
- this parameter cannot be modified due to its population
- When we modify the URL parameter it modifies the ENDMARK URL parameter
The call URL of the WEB page is completed by the & NewEM = 1 tag only in the case where both the CPTX 1427 (and the following ones) are installed and the EM URL parameter is completed, otherwise the tag is n ' is not sent, in this case the partner (We are able to know that the EnMark URL must still be equal to " http: //localhost/end.html ")
It will therefore be necessary to go to the parameters to change EndMark and thus activate this new operation.
4. Store-Connector's configuration
Specifics -> Data quality connector -> Stores-Connectors configuration
By store, you choose the following options:

Activation is subject to checking this new field "ZQD_CLOSEAUTO" (BOOLEAN) from the ZETABCONNECTADRESS table. By default, this is unchecked so that the behavior is like that existing so far. | Information editable in connector only | Whenever the default store associated to the user (when in Back office) or to the register in use (when in Front office) is specified in this parameter, the address, email and phone number fields are blocked in RETIAL Y2 and any update to these fields is mandatory to go through PARTNERS validator. |

This parameter has been added in version 1.6.4. This activation parameter in the "Store configuration" allows you to use the "CbrOpenBrowser" application directly, without using the CBS "CbrWeb.OpenBrowser" business function. |
You may select one or more store and click on to process the configuration.
Since version 1.6.4, it has been possible to double-click on a store parameter line to open the parameter form.
NOTICE
This list contains only the stores without any information about “Use address checking” (tab miscellaneous).
If you deny in access right management, the menu setting, in that case you have no access to:
- Stores link with this partner,
- Unable to select it in store configuration.
