CEGID Y2 - Settings Related to CUSTOMERDATA

To keep the quality codes returned by DQE, certain company parameters that modify field values in Y2 must not be activated.

The quality code returned by DQE is stored in the ZQUALCAP table. It is reset to blank each time a modification is made directly in the Y2 database.

The following parameters must not be activated:

• Prohibition of certain special characters, such as - or +. For example, if DQE returns a phone number such as 616-8459, Y2 would automatically transform it into 6168459, and the quality code would be deleted from the ZQUALCAP table.

  

• Removal of spaces in phone numbers.
