CEGID Y2 - Translation file import

To benefit from English (UK & US) translations of this connector, you must import the corresponding text file provided in the package.

Example : File : 25032019_UK_US_QUALITY CUSTOMER DATA.txt

In the following example, we import the translation in British English. Make sure you sign in with a user having the required access rights for this operation

From the Home page,

Go to Administration - Multilingual – Translation

In the header, select the language you want to import.

In the icon bar, click the “Import private dictionary” icon.

Caution! Do not use the “Import dictionary” option

Selected the Quality customer data dictionary.

Using Windows Explorer, select the file to import.

Confirm the import of the file.

The import will start.

Once done, check that the import has succeeded. Enter a term in the “French” field and
validate.

As a result, the translation must appear in blue to specify that the translation comes from a
private dictionary

The import of the translation is done.

Check in RETAIL Y2.

Go to Specifics and check that the translation is effective

Please note: It may be necessary to restart IIS servers to update cache information.
