Opt-ins (Consent Information)

Consent information, also referred to as opt-ins, is stored in the TIERSCOMPL table.

The fields related to opt-ins or consents are:

  • TIERSCOMPL.YTC_INFOEMAIL1: opt-ins for email 1.
  • TIERSCOMPL.YTC_INFOEMAIL2: opt-ins for email 2.
  • TIERSCOMPL.YTC_INFOTEL1: opt-ins from TIERS.T_TELEPHONE (home phone number).
  • TIERSCOMPL.YTC_INFOTEL2: opt-ins from TIERS.T_FAX (office phone number).
  • TIERSCOMPL.YTC_INFOTEL3: opt-ins from TIERS.T_TELEX (mobile number).
  • TIERSCOMPL.YTC_INFOADRESSE: postal address options.

The possible values for these fields are: DEM, ENS, PAR, and REF.

  • DEM: to be requested from the customer.
  • ENS: can be used by the retailer.
  • PAR: can be used by the retailer and partners.
  • REF: not usable (refused).
