Updating the Application

You may need to update your DQE One application (new features, improvements). Updates are delivered in one of two formats:

• A plugin provided as a .zip file
• A package provided as a .zip file

1 Deployment Steps — Plugin

1. Step 1 — Go to the DQE One application.
2. Step 2 — Click Advanced Settings.
3. Step 3 — Under Settings, click Solutions.
4. Step 4 — Click Import.
5. Step 5 — In the pop-up, click Choose file.
6. Step 6 — Select the received plugin, click Next then Import.

The application is updated.

2 Deployment Steps — Package

1. Step 1 — Log in to the Microsoft admin center and select the target environment.
2. Step 2 — In Dataverse, click Import solution.
3. Step 3 — In the panel that opens, click Browse, select the package and click Next.
4. Step 4 — A message informs you that you are updating an already installed package — click Next.
5. Step 5 — No changes required — click Next.
6. Step 6 — Click Import.

The application is updated.
