Required information

  • your organization name;
  • the environment used (production, staging, test, sandbox);
  • the email address tested, if it can be shared;
  • the returned status and response details;
  • the expected result;
  • the request timestamp, including timezone.

Technical details

  • the API endpoint or service used;
  • sample requests and responses;
  • HTTP status codes when applicable;
  • error messages or logs;
  • correlation IDs or request identifiers if available.

Business context

Explain why the returned result appears incorrect and describe the business impact. If the behavior only affects specific domains, provide examples whenever possible.

Sensitive information

Do not share credentials, tokens, licences, or confidential information in clear text. Mask sensitive values before attaching logs or request samples.
