DQE can be integrated in several ways depending on your platform, technical environment, and use case. Use this guide to identify which integration fits your needs.
Integration options at a glance
| Integration | Best for | Requires |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce | Teams using Salesforce CRM | Salesforce org + DQE managed package |
| Microsoft Dynamics | Teams using Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Dynamics environment + DQE package |
| API | Custom integration on any platform | DQE API credentials (OAuth2) |
| Standalone | No CRM, dedicated application | Standalone application installation |
| Plugins | E-commerce and retail platforms | Supported e-commerce platform |
| File-based batch | Bulk quality checks on existing data | SFTP access + CSV files |
Salesforce
Choose this option if your team works primarily in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar). DQE installs as a managed package and validates contact data directly within Salesforce records in real time — no custom development required.

Microsoft Dynamics
Choose this option if your team uses Microsoft Dynamics 365. DQE integrates natively via a dedicated package that adds real-time validation to Dynamics forms and records.

API
Choose this option if you want to integrate DQE directly into your own application, website, or custom workflow. DQE REST APIs use OAuth2 authentication and cover address, email, phone, identity, B2B, geocoding, and more. This is the most flexible option and works with any platform or programming language.
Standalone
Choose this option if you do not use a supported CRM and need a dedicated DQE application running on your own infrastructure. The Standalone solution installs locally and provides data quality services independently of any CRM or e-commerce platform.
Plugins
Choose this option if you use a supported e-commerce or retail platform. DQE plugins handle real-time validation at the point of data entry — checkout forms, customer creation — without requiring API development. Available for:
- Adobe Commerce (Magento)
- Shopify Plus
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Cegid Y2
File-based batch processing
Choose this option if you want to run data quality checks on existing data in bulk. Submit a CSV file via SFTP and DQE processes each record, returning enriched output columns. This is suited for periodic data cleansing, migration projects, or large-scale enrichment campaigns.
