DQE publishes real-time and historical availability information for all API services on its status page. This article explains what to check and how to interpret status information.
Where to find the status page
The DQE status page is accessible from the Help Center under Service Status. It shows the current operational state of each DQE service.
Status levels
- Operational: the service is running normally.
- Degraded performance: the service is available but response times or reliability are below normal.
- Partial outage: some requests are failing or some regions are affected.
- Major outage: the service is unavailable or significantly impaired.
When to check the status page
Check the status page first if you notice:
- Unexpected errors or empty responses from DQE APIs
- Higher than usual response times
- A sudden change in validation results with no configuration change on your side
If the status page shows no incident but you are still experiencing issues, the problem may be specific to your configuration or environment — contact DQE Support.
Incident history
The status page also provides a history of past incidents, including the timeline, impact, and resolution details. This is useful to confirm whether a recent issue was related to a known service event.
