Overview
DQE One for Microsoft Dynamics integrates data quality validation and enrichment into Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerApps environments. It installs as a managed solution and validates contact data in real time as records are created or updated.
What DQE One for Microsoft Dynamics includes
The following services can be enabled depending on your contract:
- Address: real-time autocomplete and validation of postal addresses (France and international).
- Email: syntax, domain, and mailbox-level email validation.
- Phone: formatting and validation of landline and mobile numbers.
- B2B: company name autocomplete and SIRET/SIREN data enrichment.
- Deduplication (Unify): identification and merging of duplicate records, requiring the backend server component.
Architecture
DQE One for Microsoft Dynamics uses two components:
- DQE One managed solution: imported into Dynamics via Dataverse. Provides real-time validation on Dynamics forms. Requires the DQE Country table to be imported alongside the package.
- Backend server (required for Unify and batch processing): a containerised server component hosted on your infrastructure. Two deployment options are available: Azure Container Instance (ACI) or a Windows virtual machine.
