If you have searched for a recently registered company using the DQE B2B API or B2B Helper and received no results, this does not necessarily indicate an error. DQE B2B data is synchronised daily from official national business registries, and newly registered companies may not yet appear in the database.

Why a company may not be found

DQE B2B data is sourced directly from official national business registries, which are updated daily. When a company registers, it may take between 24 and 48 hours for the information to propagate from the national registry to the DQE database.

Official registries by country

DQE B2B coverage spans multiple countries. The table below lists the official registry source for each supported country.

What to do

  1. Verify registration on the official national registry — Confirm the company is already listed in the relevant national registry (see table above). If the company does not appear there yet, it will not be available in DQE either.
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — If the company is already visible in the national registry, wait up to 48 hours for the data to synchronise into the DQE database.
  3. Contact DQE Support — If the company still does not appear after 48 hours, open a support ticket with the following information:

    • Company name
    • Country
    • Company identifier (SIRET, Company Number, KvK Number, etc.)
    • Registration date

DQE Support can force a manual refresh of the company record, typically resolved the same day.
