This guide summarizes the steps to install and configure DQE in a Salesforce environment. It is intended as an overview for new users — detailed instructions are available in the Salesforce Platform section.

Prerequisites

  • Salesforce Enterprise Edition or above
  • System Administrator profile in Salesforce
  • Country picklist activated in Salesforce settings
  • A backend server (Heroku, Azure, AWS, GCP, or VM) for batch processing

Step 1 — Install the DQE package from AppExchange

DQE One for Salesforce is available as a managed package on the Salesforce AppExchange. Installation is performed by a Salesforce administrator.

A backend server is required to run batch processes. DQE supports several deployment options:
